C9 Recruitment is seeking professional and experienced PCV Coach Drivers to join a leading operator providing a wide range of private hire journeys across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled drivers to work on a variety of routes, from corporate transfers to school trips and UK-wide tours.

The Role

  • Transport passengers on private hire journeys including events, airport runs, school trips, corporate travel, and tours
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Work on a 24/7 operational rota – shift times vary and are assigned one week in advance
  • 1 hour break deducted per duty
  • Free onsite parking available

Rates - Effective from 1st July

  • Umbrella Rates
  • Weekday Days: £20.85 per hour
  • Weekday Nights: £22.84 per hour
  • Weekend Days: £22.51 per hour
  • Weekend Nights: £24.50 per hour
  • PAYE Rates
    • Weekday Days: £16.00 per hour
    • Weekday Nights: £17.50 per hour
    • Weekend Days: £17.25 per hour
    • Weekend Nights: £18.75 per hour

    Responsibilities

    • Perform vehicle walk-round checks prior to each journey
    • Deliver a safe and high-standard travel experience to passengers
    • Adhere to EU Tachograph and company driving standards
    • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle
    • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
    • Flexibility to work any day of the week including nights and weekends

    Requirements

    • Minimum 12 months of coach driving experience
    • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
    • No more than 6 penalty points (no DRs, DGs, or serious convictions)
    • Basic DBS check required
    • Strong customer service focus and professional attitude
