What you’ll be doing:
- Working as part of a growing client-facing data science practice on varied, high-profile projects
- Wrangling and cleansing data using SQL or Python, turning large, messy datasets into clean, model-ready data
- Understanding the story behind the data, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and challenges
- Advising clients on modelling techniques, explaining why you’d choose one model over another, outlining pros, cons, and trade-offs
- Translating technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Consulting experience — ideally within strategy, management, or data science consulting, or strong client-facing/stakeholder management experience where you’ve delivered data-driven solutions
- Strong SQL or Python skills for data wrangling and preparation
- Confidence working with large, messy datasets, with the ability to spot and solve potential data issues
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
