We’re looking for a Mobile App Developer Intern (Swift or Flutter) who’s passionate about health tech and excited to build high-impact user experiences. Whether you write native Swift for iOS or love the speed and elegance of Flutter, you’ll be developing the core interfaces that help users recover better, sleep deeper, and live stronger. If we’re a great match, the internship transitions into a paid Junior App Developer contract.
What You’ll Do
- Build responsive, high-performance mobile features for iOS using Swift or Flutter
- Translate Figma designs into clean, fluid app interfaces
- Integrate wearable and biomarker data via APIs (e.g., Apple HealthKit, Bluetooth sensors)
- Handle background sync, permissions, and notifications with reliability and finesse
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and hardware teams on feature rollouts
- Share updates through agile standups, async Looms, and dev sprints
Your Toolkit
- Portfolio or GitHub showing polished mobile work (bonus: wellness/health apps)
- Option 1: Swift + SwiftUI or UIKit + knowledge of Apple mobile ecosystem
- Option 2: Flutter + Dart + experience in building cross-platform apps
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON handling, and mobile architecture best practices
- Bonus: experience with HealthKit, WatchKit, CoreBluetooth, or sensor integrations
- Git-savvy, feedback-friendly, and comfortable in a remote-first setup
