The predicted salary is between 33280 - 35040 Β£ per year.

As a Facilities Supervisor with Sodexo, you will enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you will do:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising all planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring completion within SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage task allocation and maintain accurate records using the CAFM system, including handling service failures and invoice queries.
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery Team and external contractors to coordinate quotations, purchase orders, and remedial works.
  • Support procurement processes via SAP and raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractors as needed.
  • Provide administrative support including reporting, minute-taking, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, participate in team meetings, and act as a Sodexo Ambassador for the site.

What you will bring:

  • Experience of operating within a diverse defence engineering and FM environment.
  • Must work well within a team and be able to make decisions based upon own knowledge and initiative.
  • Must have strong IT skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Data Base type software.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • A strong foundation in education, with GCSE passes in Maths and English.
  • Be flexible to work outside core hours when required.
