Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a VC backed technology business, they have been through significant investment and are expanding internationally. As a result, they are looking to scale their finance function with a Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC.
The successful candidate will join the strong finance function as an Accounts Assistant to support the processes within the business' hyper-growth phase. They will be career-focused and focused on team achievement, covering all aspects of accounts payable including invoices, employee expenses, and the preparation of cash flow forecasts. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with credit control, process invoices, credit notes, and resolve queries at pace.
- Ensure timely payment of bills from customers.
- Process employee expenses and supplier invoices.
- Maintain strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Conduct payment runs across multi-currency.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Provide ad hoc support to other areas of the business as required.
- Aid in preparation of journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel skills.
- Great organisational skills, to support their work in a fast-paced environment.
