The Primary Key Responsibilities are:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology sector, focusing on permanent recruitment solutions in application development, data analytics, infrastructure, Data, AI, and Engineering.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the tech vertical.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, skills demand, and competitive insights in the tech talent landscape.
- Collaborate with specialist tech recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client hiring needs.
