Larbey Evans is partnering with a globally recognised US law firm to recruit a proactive and polished Legal PA, to work alongside top-tier lawyers in its Restructuring team.

09:30-17:30 working hours. Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote). Sought-after City location and stunning offices.

A proactive and resourceful team-player will thrive in this fast-paced role, juggling competing priorities while providing a variety of support to partners and lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities.
  • Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and process travel expenses.
  • Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, and maintain all client and general files.
  • Ensure lawyers’ weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Management of inboxes and e-filing.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm.
  • Ability to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation at a level of 70 wpm.
  • Excellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errors.
  • Experience using Visio would be advantageous.
