Job Summary:
The Senior Change & Training Consultant will lead change activities in IT-led transformation programs, engaging stakeholders and applying relevant change management methodologies as per Statements of Work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Potential supervision of other OCM professionals within the team or client organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver change initiatives successfully.
- Apply OCM methodologies to manage change activities aligned with project goals.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure organizational alignment.
- Provide leadership to change teams and support change and training tools.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, business development, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Experience in Organizational Change Management, stakeholder management, applying change methodologies, and training development.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills are essential.
- Knowledge of SAP-related projects is highly desirable.
