Competitive Salary | High-Quality Private Work | Progression Opportunity A highly regarded regional firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its growing Family Law department, known for delivering exceptional service across a broad range of privately funded matters. The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing complex family matters, with a primary focus on divorce and financial remedy cases. There will also be some involvement in private children matters, including contact and residence issues. Experience with TOLATA disputes is particularly desirable, as the firm regularly advises on cohabitation and property disputes between unmarried couples. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
• Advise on TOLATA disputes, cohabitation breakdowns, and associated property claims
• Represent clients with a clear, empathetic, and resolution-focused approach
• Prepare legal documents, court bundles, and attend hearings where appropriate
• Support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the department

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in family law
• Strong background in divorce and financial remedy
• Comfortable dealing with private children law matters
• Experience handling or advising on TOLATA claims is a strong advantage
• Excellent client-handling skills and confident working with high-net-worth individuals
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, organised approach
