Senior Estimator – Hospitality Fit-Out

Manchester Area | £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a Senior Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit-outs? Looking for a role where your expertise will shape award-winning hospitality projects across the UK?

We\’re working with a national leader in hospitality interiors who are expanding their pre-construction function. This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident, commercially sharp Estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of bars, commercial kitchens, and restaurant fit-outs.

The Role:

Lead the pricing and tendering of bespoke hospitality fit-out projects

Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, joinery, M&E, and specialist packages

Manage the estimating process from pre-qualification to final submission

Develop value engineering strategies and support project profitability

Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers across the UK

Attend site visits and collaborate with project, commercial, and design teams

Contribute to pre-construction planning and advise on buildability and cost risks

You\’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in fit-out, interiors, or specialist construction

Expertise in pricing bar, kitchen, hotel, or leisure sector projects

Excellent commercial acumen and an eye for detail

Ability to lead tenders and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in estimating software and Excel

The Package:

Salary £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

Annual company bonus
