The Role:
As a Team Leader at YFR, you will:
- Lead and support a team of 4–8 residential fundraisers
- Provide hands-on training, coaching and motivation
- Drive team performance to meet quality and recruitment targets
- Manage daily reporting and team logistics
- Represent YFR and our charity partners with professionalism and passion

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months’ experience leading a fundraising team (residential or street)
- Proven ability to hit or exceed performance targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- Confidence in developing both new and experienced fundraisers
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
