Civil Inspector

Bureau Veritas are excited to say that we are looking for a Civil Inspector to join us on a prestigious UK Defence project based near Reading, UK.

The role is located at a highly secure working site and will require Security Clearance and therefore successful candidates must be a British Born UK passport holder.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Carry out inspections on a variety of structures.
• Complete technical reports and offer expert advice.
• Civil Engineering, Structural or Surveying Degree or HNC/HND.
• Member of a professional institution, ICE or IStructE.
• A strong technical background, and the ability to demonstrate professional competency in structural engineering.
• 10yrs experience working on a wide range of projects encompassing superstructures and substructures.
• 5yrs experience in structural inspections / appraisals.
• Strong experience in civil and structural engineering.
