Working Pattern: Hybrid working available

Salary: £50,000 – £64,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a junior solicitor with an interest in property litigation and looking to specialise in a challenging and rewarding area of law? A nationally recognised Legal 500 firm is seeking a Junior Property Disputes Solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Cheltenham.

The Role

You will support on a wide range of contentious property matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Development-related issues
• Rights of way and restrictive covenant matters
• Lease renewals and forfeiture proceedings

About You

We’re looking for junior solicitors (NQ–3 years PQE) who:

• Are commercially minded with a genuine interest in real estate disputes
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively
• May already have some experience in property litigation, or a strong desire to specialise in this area
