As Audit Manager, you will take the lead on a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. You will work closely with Partners and Directors, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead audit assignments for a broad client base
- Oversee planning, fieldwork, and completion stages
- Review work prepared by junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure quality and compliance
- Contribute to business development and internal process improvements
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse portfolio of clients
