Senior Accounts Manager

FaberSheridan Maine is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Accounts Manager to oversee key financial activities and client relationships within a dynamic Essex-based team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the accounting function, mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:-Oversee the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports.-Lead and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals.-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.-Monitor and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislation.-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.-Manage client portfolios, providing expert financial guidance and solutions.-Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.-Collaborate across departments to support business strategy and growth.Requirements:-ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.-Proven experience in a senior-level accounting or finance management role.-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.-Excellent knowledge of UK financial regulations and reporting standards.-Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.-Commercially astute with the ability to provide strategic financial insight.Benefits:-Competitive salary package.-Performance-based bonuses.-25 days holiday plus bank holidays.-Professional development support.-Collaborative and supportive working environment.If you're ready to take on a new challenge and make a difference in a leading organisation, we want to hear from you!
