Are you a skilled multi trade operative with a strong background in joinery? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson to join our busy repairs and maintenance team in Guildford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Maintenance & Repairs Officers to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services
- Inspect and assess repair works, including pre-, in-progress, post-, and void property inspections
- Identify required repairs and recommend the most cost-effective solutions
- Allocate and supervise works carried out by in-house operatives or contractors
- Arrange and manage work through schedule of rates-based term contracts
- Prepare simple specifications where needed and obtain estimates
- Approve completed works and verify payment claims for accuracy and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-trade works, with a strong emphasis on joinery
- Good understanding of repairs, maintenance processes, and property inspections
- Ability to assess and specify work accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable liaising with contractors and internal teams
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Relevant trade qualifications are desirable
What You’ll Get:
- £25 per hour (weekly pay)
- Full-time hours with consistent workload
- The pay range for the role is £25.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £21.31 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
