• Your role will also encompass collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration.

Join the largest residential development team in the UK, comprising 200 specialists. This team exclusively partners with top housebuilders, including all of the top 10 housebuilders in the UK Expertise required:

• A Solicitor who is either a Newly Qualified (NQ) or has up to 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• While experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous, applications from skilled commercial property lawyers eager to specialise in residential work are also welcomed.
