IT Support Analyst – £35,000 – £40,000 pa Benefits

JNC are working with a respected professional services organisation based in London that is looking for a IT Support Analyst to join on a permanent basis and work on their growing support team.

The role will focus on providing a mixture of remote and deskside support to the clients core user base.

Skills & Experience:

• ITIL exposure
• 1st and 2nd line support experience.
• Windows 10, o365, Teams and Active Directory
• Hardware and Software support.
• Telephone, Email and deskside support
