Corporate Associate (Lawyer)

• Junior to mid level associate corporate lawyer required (1-3 PQE)
• Top tier, ranked M&A team at an elite US Firm,
• The firm has a dominant position in the UK PE market and is renowned for its quality expertise.
• Key clients are global buyout houses, growth equity firms, global funds and impact investors.
• Work includes associate support on take privates, strategic partnerships, IPOs, advising funds and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings.

Qualifications

• Excellent academics – 2.1 or above from an elite University
• Training contract completed at elite US or global elite UK firm
• Must be currently still in private practice
• Genuine enthusiasm for the transactional work and environment
• Willingness to learn and work hard on high quality, challenging transactions
