PG has exclusively been instructed on an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a multidiscipline practice in the heart of London. My client has an established brand within the design space, we are now looking for a Building Surveyor to strengthen the consultancy team.
The London team consists of 15 building surveyors from Graduate to Director level. You, the successful surveyor, will be a well-rounded professional who can deliver a range of building surveying services. You will collaborate with PMs, Architects and H&S professionals providing advice across the built environment.
The role is to manage schemes in the commercial, residential and healthcare sectors. You will deliver maintenance, repair and refurbishment programmes. Schedules of condition, dilapidations and technical due diligence surveys are also duties you will oversee.
