We are offering an exciting opportunity with a comprehensive training package for support workers who have the flexibility and desire to develop their careers. We’re looking for adaptable, proactive and dynamic support workers to enable us to reduce the need for agency. In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services in the West Cornwall area covering Perranporth to Penzance. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment. The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You’ll work across the Bristol and North Somerset area. Rostering will include one on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts. A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is needed for this role.

  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
