Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join one of our valued clients based inCroydonas theirHR Advisor. This dynamic role will see you managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish while supporting the HR Manager with consultations as needed.
Please note:A driving license is essential for this role, as occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
- Manage cases end-to-end, from investigations to advising managers
- Assist with consultations related to restructures, redundancies,TUPE (essential),and contract variations.
- Oversee and support HR Administrators with tasks – new starter inductions, right-to-work checks, reference requests, and maintaining accurate electronic personnel files.
- Draft letters, such as probation outcome letters, flexible working requests, and family-related communications.
To be successful:
- At least2/3 years in an HR Advisor role, with a strong background in managing employee relations from start to finish.
- Experience supporting consultations for restructures, redundancies,TUPE (essential),and contract changes.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification ideally.
- Live locally to Croydon.
