Are you a skilled Site Agent with an engineering background and expertise in earthworks and civil engineering? Whether you\’re seeking a freelance contract or a permanent position, this opportunity offers an exciting challenge within a major infrastructure project in Hampshire.

?? The Opportunity:

Joining an established project team, youll play a pivotal role in managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and delivering high-quality results. Reporting to the Project Manager and Contract Manager, this position offers the flexibility for experienced professionals to work on a freelance or full-time basis, depending on their preference.

?? Key Responsibilities:

? Implement and uphold quality, health & safety, and environmental procedures.
? Prepare and oversee construction plans and schedules.
? Manage budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor agreements.
? Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
? Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
? Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges.
? Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for project milestones.

?? What Were Looking For:

? Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
? Experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering construction (earthworks experience preferred).
? Understanding of NEC4 Contracts.
? Strong problem-solving, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project cost management systems.
? Full UK Driving Licence.
? Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
