POSITION TITLE: Cocktail Bartender

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mixing traditional and creative cocktails

Handle the ordering, collection and disposal of all related beverages

Preparation and service of all beverage products in accordance with the outlet standards and recipes, with highest quality and freshness.

Handle with the cashiering duties.

Assist in the floor service when required.

Up-sell and promote our food and beverage offers at every available opportunity

Ensure that the bar is well-stocked with equipment and products in accordance with the bar standards

Strive to ensure that our guests receive the highest standards of product and service delivery in accordance with approved recipes, specifications, customers and management expectations

Maintain a friendly yet professional inter-action with guests and team members

Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drink age.

Skills required:

• Wine and cocktail knowledge

• Great knowledge of F&B products.

• Excellent service skills.

• Cleaning of all bar equipment and glassware.

• Previous cash handling experience

• Health and hygiene knowledge.
