Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering first-class customer service? Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Care Advisor to join their dynamic team based in Theale, near Reading.
About the Role
In this fast-paced and customer-centric position, youβll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery across a portfolio of client contracts. Acting as a key liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams, you\βll help maintain outstanding operational standards and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflows to support timely and efficient service delivery
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally, resolving issues at first point of contact
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), escalating risks when needed
- Produce accurate estimates and quotations for client services
- Manage purchase orders and maintain data in internal systems (CMMS)
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and external suppliers
- Support continuous improvement and best practice across the team

Preferred Background
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment

- Exposure to medical equipment or healthcare settings is advantageous
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 1β4 or equivalent in Customer Service (desirable)
- Additional vocational customer service qualifications welcome
- Office-based in Theale β Reading
