- Develop and run custom reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system security
- Support system updates, testing cycles, and new functionality rollouts

What you’ll bring:

- Confident communicator with the ability to support a diverse, multi-site workforce
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Nice to have:
- Workday certification or relevant training
- Experience working on post-acquisition integrations
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, SOC2)
- Multilingual skills (e.g. French, German, Spanish)
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the foundations of a global people platform. If you’re looking for a role with influence, autonomy, and genuine impact—this could be the one.
