Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

This role’s all about keeping things organised and running smoothly! You’ll work with project teams to manage designs from surveys to final drawings, arrange site visits, and sort all the paperwork like RAMS and STATS. You’ll keep databases and trackers updated, organise meetings, and liaise with suppliers, landlords, and other external contacts. On the office side, you’ll run reception, handle post, order supplies, and help with IT queries or events. You’ll also track progress, maintain records, and make sure schedules and reports are spot on. Basically, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects and the office ticking along!
