Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor ready for a new challenge within a nationally recognised and supportive Top 100 law firm? We are working with a leading firm in Sheffield that is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Associate to join its expanding and high-performing team.

The Role

You will join an established department with a strong client base and provide advice across a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiation of development agreements and overage deeds
  • Drafting agreements for lease, leases, and landlord/tenant documentation
  • Preparing reports on title, certificates of title, and advice notes
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments on complex, multi-disciplinary projects

About You

  • 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property (we’re flexible for the right experience)
  • Comfortable managing a broad and varied caseload independently
  • Technically strong with excellent client care and communication skills
