Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor ready for a new challenge within a nationally recognised and supportive Top 100 law firm? We are working with a leading firm in Sheffield that is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Associate to join its expanding and high-performing team.
The Role
You will join an established department with a strong client base and provide advice across a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Negotiation of development agreements and overage deeds
- Drafting agreements for lease, leases, and landlord/tenant documentation
- Preparing reports on title, certificates of title, and advice notes
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
