We're working with a fast-growing tech business known for its mission-driven culture, strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans. With recent funding secured and a national footprint already in place, they’re now looking to hire a hands-on, commercially aware Finance Manager to join their lean and dynamic team.
This is a pivotal role reporting into the Finance Director, suited to someone confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll have influence from day one and the opportunity to drive real change.
Key Responsibilities:- Own monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting across group entities
- Prepare & review consolidated financial statements under IFRS standards
- Support board-level reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting cycles
- Build and develop KPIs and dashboards to improve financial visibility across teams
- Work closely with department heads and founders to support strategic decisions
- Manage audit process and ensure accurate statutory reporting
- Oversee payroll, VAT, and general compliance matters
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls as the business scales
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling business—ideally tech, healthcare, or consumer
- Strong financial reporting skills and good commercial understanding
- Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fluid, ever-evolving environment
