Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms, with very busy In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge operations. The Assistant Room Service Manager supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge service, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns. The Assistant Room Service Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.
As our Assistant Room Service and Executive Lounge Manager, you will receive:
- Salary: £31,000 per annum plus service charge (Up to £36,000 per annum including SC)

- Assists the Room Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the in-room dining department.
- Inspires, coaches and mentors team members
- Focuses on team training and development, customer satisfaction, health & safety
- Coordinates with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handles guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for room service and executive lounge operations

- Assists with scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties as needed
