Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company with its Head Office / Customer Contact Centre based in Cardiff but also has local regional operational offices in Swansea, Bristol, Southampton and Devon / Cornwall. We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair service to a variety of customers ranging from Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households.
Due to the award of new long term contracts we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time served well experienced Maintenance Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Tradesman to be based in the Cardiff and surrounding areas.
The successful applicant must possess the following skills:
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works
- Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled ability
- Possess a can do attitude
- Good time keeping
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- Available on a rota basis for out of hours emergency call outs
- Good administration skills
- IT skills use of hand held device
