I’m working with a leading multidisciplinary real estate consultancy looking for a talented Senior Planner to join a friendly, collaborative team in Leeds. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious and ‘go-getter’ individual who is keen to get involved in all things property.
You’ll be joining a close-knit planning team, working alongside other disciplines in their busy office in the heart of Leeds City Centre, delivering a range of planning and property advice on schemes that are unique and rarely seen in other consultancies, working with a mixture of public sector and private sector clients.
About you:
- 3 - 4 years PQE
- Confident in managing your own small to medium scale projects
- Proactive, a self-starter, and comfortable mentoring junior team members
- Enjoy engaging with clients, networking, and business development
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing planning statements and engaging with case officers
- Leading public consultation and supporting appeals
