Responsibilities

  • Develop sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and create tailored business plans.
  • Route qualified opportunities to sales teams for further development.
  • Identify key decision-makers, build relationships, and maintain a robust database of prospects.
  • Perform online product demos, advise clients, and support sales with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage monthly reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer queries and escalations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
  • Skilled in making and receiving high-volume calls.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
