Be part of the team shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure. Currie & Brown is seeking a Business Case Specialist to join our respected and growing Healthcare Advisory team. You will play a vital role in supporting major NHS hospital redevelopment programmes across the UK, leading on the development of robust, evidence-based business cases that drive investment and transformation in the healthcare sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, working closely with clinical, estates, finance, and operational teams to shape compelling cases for change.
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading or contributing to NHS business cases
- Better Business Case training (Practitioner level desirable)
- Strong understanding of NHS capital investment processes and policy context
- Skilled in developing strategic narratives, economic appraisals, and option analysis
- Confident working with complex stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent writing, coordination, and communication skills
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset with consultancy experience (preferred)
