The role of a Team Leader:
As a billing Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance working alongside the Branch Manager. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some team leader experience in education or social care agency recruitment.
Key skills required:
- Essential - Previous 360 recruitment experience leading a team in Education or temporary recruitment
- Proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and targets
- Ability to drive strong activity levels
- Previous work within a high compliance sector
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- A high standard of written and oral communication skills
- Proactive work with central support teams
- Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to details
You will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
