We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader in the area of Vehicle Resilience to be based full-time at our factory in Hinckley, Leicester. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to enhance vehicle electrical resilience. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers and specialists to ensure vehicles meet industry regulations & standards for Cyber security, Functional Safety, and EMC compliance.

Candidates are required to have the following experience:

  • BEng or MEng in Electrical / Electronic, Automotive Technology, Systems Engineering or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive cybersecurity, functional safety and EMC standards and regulations (UNECE R155, ISO21434, ISO26262, UNECE R10)
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems and architectures.
  • Significant Automotive industry experience
  • Knowledge of Model based systems engineering principles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in risk assessment and resilience analysis methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Willing to undertake UK and Overseas travel as required
