Chief Compliance Officer

I\’m recruiting for an interim Chief Compliance Officer to join a leading insurance business on a 6-month contract.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who’s operated at CCO level (or equivalent) and brings deep expertise in the insurance market — whether general, life, or Lloyd’s/London market.

🔍 What’s Required:

• Proven compliance leadership in the insurance sector
• Ability to work closely with the board, regulators, and business stakeholders
• Strong relationship management skills — someone who knows how to get the job done without ruffling feathers
• Gravitas and authority, but also pragmatism and calm under pressure
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and delegate — it’s for a leader who can build trust quickly, influence with credibility, and deliver results.

📍 Location: London (Hybrid)

⏳ Contract: 6 months

💼 Level: CCO or equivalent experience required

💰 Rate: Competitive daily rate (outside IR35)
