We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers with a proven track record in the IT staffing and staff augmentation industry.

Key Requirement:

Candidates must have active client contacts (direct clients or hiring managers) and a history of winning IT staffing engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage direct clients for IT staffing opportunities.
• Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of roles.
• Negotiate and close agreements with client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong working experience in IT staffing business development.
• Active portfolio of direct client contacts in the UK & EU.
• Strong understanding of staffing life cycle and technical hiring needs.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working.
