About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Engineering with experience in the AI and healthcare. As our Head of Engineering, you will lead our technical function, managing the engineering team, owning our tech stack, setting standards, estimations and finding solutions for all aspects of technical delivery, leading research and development into new technologies, and ensuring the tech stack is equipped with business analytics.
You will be responsible for building and executing on our roadmap to become the AI coach for stress, developing our stress index with multiple qualitative and quantitative data inputs and our recommendation engine, allowing users to receive targeted solutions to manage their stress and measure their progress over time.
An ideal candidate is a driven, highly engaging, problem-solving individual with experience building and scaling a consumer tech product from early stage to growth. They will also be creative in their approach, looking to do things differently to achieve our mission of ending the stress epidemic. Experience in artificial intelligence is a must and in the application of healthcare is preferable.

Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience in AI engineering and management roles
Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; relevant graduate degree is a plus
