About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to support a busy financial planning and mortgage advisory practice. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, providing end-to-end administrative support to both advisers and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and correspondence.

Manage adviser diaries and coordinate client meetings.

Prepare documentation for client appointments, including valuations, reports, and illustrations.

Process new business applications for investments, pensions, and mortgage products.

Maintain accurate and compliant client records using CRM and internal systems

Liaise with product providers, lenders, and solicitors to progress client applications.

Monitor pipelines, update business logs, and support marketing and client review processes.
What We\’re Looking For

Previous experience in a financial services or IFA environment, not essential.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
