About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to support a busy financial planning and mortgage advisory practice. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, providing end-to-end administrative support to both advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and correspondence.

  • Manage adviser diaries and coordinate client meetings.

  • Prepare documentation for client appointments, including valuations, reports, and illustrations.

  • Process new business applications for investments, pensions, and mortgage products.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records using CRM and internal systems

  • Liaise with product providers, lenders, and solicitors to progress client applications.

  • Monitor pipelines, update business logs, and support marketing and client review processes.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a financial services or IFA environment, not essential.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
