Programe Manager

Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)Duration: 12-month contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support daily hardware operations and lead initiatives across fulfillment centers. This role involves driving end-to-end execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, resolving warehouse and transportation issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless hardware delivery and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inbound/outbound operations and resolve hardware-related escalations
• Coordinate setup, testing, and execution of VAS projects across fulfillment sites
• Ensure timely delivery of VAS materials and monitor warehouse quality standards
• Manage post-project activities, including escalation resolution and quality tracking
• Support warehouse, compliance, and transportation issue resolution
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to governance, planning, and communication protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or hardware operations
• Intermediate skills in spreadsheets and SQL
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and engineering teams
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Supply chain program/project management
• Familiarity with product quality reviews, labeling, packaging, and compliance
• Experience coordinating large-scale operational initiatives
