We are working with an exciting design consultancy, focused on transforming offsite construction through developing manufactured building systems with teamwork and collaboration. They are seeking a highly skilled DfMA Manager to manage and develop a team while helping clients understand and improve their DfMA processes.
As a DfMA Manager you will:
- Oversee and motivate design teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated projects.
- Drive innovation in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and sustainable design.
- Develop design standards, ensure compliance, and lead product development.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Leadership experience with strong CAD and regulatory knowledge.
- Passion for sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction.
