General Manager - New Opening - OTE 60k pa

The news is out, Cosy Club is coming to St Albans this Autumn 2025 and we\’re looking for a passionate, driven and extraordinary General Manager to take the lead at this new site opening!

At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, and weekends where we\’re the life and soul of the party. From brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £53,000+ per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £53k per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated at £7k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £6k potential annual bonus
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required
