General Manager – Cosy Club, St Albans

The news is out: Cosy Club is coming to St Albans this Autumn 2025, and we\’re seeking a passionate, driven, and exceptional General Manager to lead this new site opening!

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to £53k per year, depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated at £7k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £6k potential annual bonus
• Overtime Pay: Paid for hours worked beyond contracted hours at the normal hourly rate, no pre-approval required
