We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a small, person-centred residential service in Nottingham. This home supports adults with learning disabilities and autism in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Registered Manager with daily operations

• Supervise and guide care staff

• Oversee care plans, medication, and safeguarding procedures

• Ensure high standards of person-centred care

• Work closely with families and external professionals

Requirements:

• Experience in learning disabilities/autism support

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)

• Confident in leading teams and working within CQC standards

• Caring, organised, and reliable
