We are recruiting for a highly capableTechnology Business Partnerto join a leading organisation based in Lytham. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver business-critical IT solutions across a range of enterprise systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
About the Role
As a key member of the IT and Business Transformation team, you will evaluate and optimise existing processes, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and lead the project delivery of technology-driven solutions. Youll be working across multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Core skills & experience for this Technology Business Partner role:

• Understand business objectives and engage in strategic planning to prioritise technology needs
• Excellent stakeholder management and process improvement skills
• Gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications
• Managing technology projects and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful implementation
• Managing project budgets and monitor project progress, managing risks and resolving issues
• Staying up to date on emerging technologies and industry changes
