We’re looking for a Principal Frontend Engineer to drive the frontend vision across our digital platform – empowering 41,000+ staff across 2,500+ clinics globally. This is your opportunity to have real impact at scale while working with a modern stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript).

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Set the direction for frontend engineering across multiple product teams
• Lead architecture & development using React + Next.js (App + Pages Routers)
• Drive best practices in accessibility, performance & testing
• Mentor senior engineers and shape our design systems
• Champion modern tooling, CI/CD, observability & dev experience

💡 We’re looking for:

• 10+ years in frontend engineering
• Expert in React, Next.js, and frontend performance optimization
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and system design skills
• Passion for developer experience and scalable UI architecture

✨ Nice to have:

GraphQL, Vite, DevOps, experience in regulated or healthcare environments
