Location: 100% Remote (UK based only)
Compensation: Up to £40,000 base salary + 40% commission flat rate on all invoicing

We are interested in speaking to established recruiters from the following niche\’s:
- Quant Investment Management (we already have an extensive network of clients/candidates)
- Risk Management / Quantitative Risk
- Portfolio Management & Trading – (Recruiting PMs for buyside)
- Financial Technology (Infrastructure and Core Software Engineering – placing into hedge funds, investment banks & financial services firms)
- Technology Recruitment (Across any sector e.g. fintech/blockchain/SAAS etc.)
- Machine Learning and Data Science (Cross-Industries)
- SAAS Industry expertise (Sales/Account Management/Technology)
- Private Equity (Investment/Portfolio Management/Investor Relations)
Key Requirements:
- Established recruiter with experience in client and candidate management (360 recruitment only)
- A proven track record of billing at least $400,000-$500,000 USD in a 12-month period (average per year over the last 24 months)
- Self-sufficient, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Strong communicator with in-depth knowledge of their designated markets
- Markets knowledge to leverage existing client relationships and utilize your own industry contacts
- Authentic personality traits, with the mindset of continuous improvement & learning

Compensation / Benefits Summary
- Base Salary (£35K-£40K) + 40% flat rate commission on all invoicing. You must consider this opportunity as \’total comp\’. Flexibility for exceptional candidates.

- 28 days holiday per year
