We are recruiting for a M&E Operative to join a well-established company operating within the utilities and water industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and build a rewarding career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be involved in various projects supporting critical water infrastructure, working with mechanical equipment and systems to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and associated systems
  • Working with water pumping plants, including split case and vertical turbine pumps
  • Installation and maintenance of pipework and control equipment related to pumping infrastructure
  • Adhering to health and safety policies and safe working practices at all times
  • Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure project success

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous mechanical or electrical experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong motivation to learn, use initiative, and work well within a team
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and travel requirements
