Our client is currently looking for a motivated and personable Telesales Executive to become a vital part of their Customer Operations Team at their Inverness office. You will play a key role in driving customer growth and satisfaction, engaging with both new prospects and existing customers to deliver exceptional service and value.
What you will be doing:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers generated through marketing and field sales
- Handling inbound sales enquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Understanding customer needs through effective questioning and recommending suitable packages
- Promoting Value Added Services (VAS) and upselling higher-value tariffs
- Managing contract renewals and encouraging customer referrals
- Using CRM tools to accurately track calls, manage leads, and maintain pipeline visibility
- Supporting the customer service team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Ensuring every customer interaction meets our quality standards and reflects our brand positively
