What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate your branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
- Manage the day-to-day running of the branch and foreign exchange bureau
- Coach, support and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Drive profitability by maximising sales opportunities and implementing effective business strategies
- Build local business connections, attend promotional events, and increase branch visibility
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement plans for colleague development
- Champion your branch’s presence on social media to boost engagement and sales
- Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding, particularly supporting apprentices and new team members
