What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate your branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the branch and foreign exchange bureau
  • Coach, support and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive profitability by maximising sales opportunities and implementing effective business strategies
  • Build local business connections, attend promotional events, and increase branch visibility
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement plans for colleague development
